​This agreement is entered into by [Ambassador Name] ("Ambassador") on the date signed below.

​

1. Appointment

​

The Ambassador is appointed as a Campus Savings Ambassador, effective on the date this agreement is signed by the Ambassador. This appointment will continue until terminated by written notice from either party.

​

2. Responsibilities

 

The Ambassador agrees to:

​

• Promote Campus NIL through word-of-mouth and social media

• Implement creative viral marketing strategies to increase sign-ups

• Engage in fundraising activities using provided scripts

• Complete periodic reports as requested by Campus NIL Corporation

• Represent Campus NIL at campus events and gatherings

• Report activities and progress every two weeks to info@campusnil.com

 

3. Compensation and Donations

​This is a 100% commission-based position. The Ambassador's earnings will be based on their performance and success in promoting Campus NIL. The Ambassador acknowledges unlimited earning potential.

​

Commission Rates

​

• Student $3 Donations: 50% commission on all donations made using your assigned referral code

• Non-Student Donations: 25% commission, with a maximum of $100,000 per donation, using your assigned referral code

 

Examples for Non-Student Donations:

​

• For a $500,000 donation, your commission would be $100,000 (25% would be $125,000, but it's capped at the $100,000 maximum)

• For a $200,000 donation, your commission would be $50,000 (25% of $200,000)

• For a $50,000 donation, your commission would be $12,500 (25% of $50,000)

 

Important: It is crucial that all your referrals use your unique assigned referral code to ensure accurate tracking of your earned commissions.

 

Donation Channels

All donations must be processed through:

1. Donation boxes on the website

2. QR code scans

3. Text "Contribute" to 801801

       QR codes for both student and non-student donations are presented on                 other Campus NIL approved documents.

Payment Process

​

• Payment cycle: 30 days after donor payments have cleared

• Minimum payout threshold: $50

• Payment frequency: Monthly

 

Any donations processed outside this process are strictly prohibited and illegal. No commissions will be paid or due for donations not processed through Donorbox on the Campus NIL website. Engaging in unauthorized donation collection is grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.

 

4. Work Schedule

The Ambassador will work on their own timeline and schedule, with full autonomy to manage their responsibilities as they see fit.

5. Benefits

The following benefits are offered to the Ambassador:

• Valuable experience in marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship

• Networking opportunities with students and professionals

• Formal recognition as a contributor on the Campus NIL website

• Consideration for future Student Advisory Board membership

• Consideration for lifetime cash credits equivalent to college students for top fundraisers

 

6. Performance Standards

​The Ambassador must:

• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Be self-motivated and able to work independently

• Demonstrate creativity in social media and viral marketing strategies

• Show enthusiasm about helping students save money

 

7. Intellectual Property

Any creative materials, strategies, or content developed by the Ambassador in the course of their duties will be considered work-for-hire and become the property of Campus NIL Corporation.

 

8. Confidentiality

The Ambassador agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information encountered during their service, including but not limited to marketing strategies, user data, and business plans.

 

9. Independent Contractor Status

The Ambassador is an independent contractor and not an employee of Campus NIL Corporation. The Ambassador is responsible for all taxes, fees, and other charges required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, effective immediately upon receipt.

​

11. Non-Exclusivity

The Ambassador may engage in other activities or employment.
 

12. Indemnification

The Ambassador agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Campus NIL Corporation from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or omissions in the course of their duties.

13. Amendments

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

​

14. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
