Hypothetical Annual Per Student Benefits from Five National Advertisers' Revenue Sharing          (12-month period, 4 emails/month, Students Receive 25% of Advertising Revenues)

At CampusNIL, the percentage of student membership credit is directly tied to incoming advertising revenues and can fluctuate over a 12-month period.

In this illustration, students receive 25% of the advertising revenue generated from partnerships with five national companies across key sectors relevant to college life. This innovative model means that student benefits can vary throughout the year, reflecting the dynamic nature of advertising income.

The CampusNIL revenue sharing program offers several key features:

  • Partnerships with national advertisers:  Establishing partnerships with national advertisers is a critical goal for our success.  CampusNIL has carefully selected companies from five sectors crucial to student life. These partnerships would significantly enhance the value we provide to students, though it is important to note that these collaborations are aspirational at this stage.

    • Entertainment

    • E-commerce/Retail

    • Food Delivery

    • Coffee/Quick Service Restaurants

    • Technology

  • Regular promotional content: Students receive four emails per month featuring exclusive offers and promotions from these advertisers.

  • Consistent benefit structure:  The potential annual benefit is $675 per student, regardless of the institution's size. Students will be given the option, at each declared distribution, to request CampusNIL to return a portion or all of their distribution to a pool. This pool will then be equally redistributed to other students in the program. Students who choose to contribute to this pool will be formally recognized for their generosity as part of our Generosity Champions initiative."

  • Fair revenue distribution: 25% of the combined advertising revenue from these partnerships is returned to students annually.

  • Potential for growth:   CampusNIL is developing plans to establish partnerships with many national companies, as well as local and regional businesses, to provide more tailored benefits. These collaborations aim to enhance the value we offer to students by addressing their specific needs and locations. At CampusNIL, we have carefully selected a group of national companies that align perfectly with the primary needs of college students. We plan to pursue partnerships with leading brands across five key sectors that are integral to student life, aiming to establish valuable collaborations that enhance the student experience.  Additionally, we plan to reach out to other national, regional, and local businesses to further expand the benefits we offer.

• Technology
• Entertainment
• E-commerce/Retail
• Food Delivery
• Coffee/Quick Service Restaurant

By partnering with these diverse companies, we aim to offer substantial benefits to our student members through targeted advertising campaigns. Our goal is to collaborate with industry leaders who can provide valuable products and services that students regularly use, while ensuring these partners are not direct competitors.

Our model aims to ensure that a significant portion of the advertising revenue generated from these partnerships is returned to the students. While we anticipate that the percentage of the combined advertising revenue distributed back to students annually could range from 20% to 35%, this is not a guarantee. The actual percentage may vary depending on various factors such as expenses, research and development costs, and market dynamics. This approach is designed to maximize the value students receive while maintaining the integrity of our platform by promoting a wide range of non-competing products and services.

At CampusNIL, we're excited to showcase the potential benefits our students can receive through our partnerships with five leading national advertisers. Our innovative revenue-sharing model is designed to directly benefit you, our valued students. Here's a breakdown of the annual benefits you could receive:

How this hypothetical works:

  • We partner with five national advertisers across different industries.

  • You receive four emails per month featuring exclusive offers and promotions.

  • 25% of the advertising revenue is returned directly to you.

  • This results in a potential annual benefit of $675 per student.

The best part? This benefit is consistent regardless of your institution's size. Whether you're at a smaller college or a large university, you have the opportunity to receive the same great value.
